Combine images into a PDF

Images to PDF puts your images on pages, one image per page, in the order you choose. JPEG files are embedded exactly as they are, with no re-encoding, so the PDF keeps their full quality. PNG files are embedded losslessly, and other formats, including HEIC, are converted to PNG first.

How to combine photos into one PDF

  1. Add images

JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, GIF or BMP.

  2. Order the pages

Drag the rows, or use the arrow buttons, to set the page order.

  3. Choose the layout

A4, Letter or fit to image, portrait or landscape, and margins.

  4. Create the PDF

    The PDF downloads straight away.

Quality and privacy

  • JPEGs are not re-compressed, and photos are rotated on the page to match their orientation.
  • Metadata such as GPS is removed from each image before it goes into the PDF. You can turn this off.
  • The PDF itself carries no personal metadata; it only names Exifo as the producer.
